1 Acceptance of Terms

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("the Player") and 456bde ("the Platform", "we", "us"). By accessing or using any part of the 456bde platform — including the website at 456bde.club, the mobile application, or any associated services — you agree to be bound by these Terms in their entirety.

6 Betting Rules

• Bets are final once confirmed. 456bde does not accept requests to cancel or amend bets after they have been placed, except in cases of clear technical error.

8 Account Suspension and Closure

• Suspected fraudulent activity, money laundering, or other illegal conduct.
• Failure to provide requested verification documents within a reasonable timeframe.

Where an account is closed due to a breach of these Terms, 456bde reserves the right to withhold any balance pending investigation. Where an account is closed for any other reason, any remaining real-money balance (excluding bonus funds that have not met wagering requirements) will be returned to the player via their registered payment method.

Players who wish to close their own account voluntarily should contact 456bde support. Accounts closed at the player's request for responsible gaming reasons may be subject to a cooling-off period before reactivation is considered.
